To view and manage Apprenticeship applications, you must be belong to the 'Apprenticeships' user role. To access specific applications types, such as non-health, there are specific roles you will need to be a part of. Your Superuser can add/remove roles for you.
Click on Process.
First you need to verify the employer. You need to do this in case the employer already exists to avoid duplication. Often, students can provide a different branch name for the organisation which will need to be verified.
Click on Verify Employer. You will be shown the details of this employer and it is up to you to decide if this is an existing employer and to create a new one.
If its an existing employer, select the correct one from the drop down list then click on Assign.
If you need to create a new employer, click on 'Create New Employer Portal' as shown below.
Once you have selected either option, the application will proceed to the next stage.
